Finance Committee Chair

Oversee's the majority of the decision-making process. Delegates in the form of committees to handle certain obligations.  Responsible to make sure the association functions at its full capacity. 

Chad Bruhn

Communications & Social Committee Chair

Responsible for community wide communications and updating the website. Oversees the Clubhouse and Pool facilities. Leads the Social Committee for events planned for residents. 

Ellie Sharp

Architectural Committee Chair

Responsible for ensuring that our community remains an attractive and desirable place in which to live. This includes reviewing and approving architectural change requests to modify the exterior of units and common areas, as well as ensuring compliance with the HOA’s governing documents

Eric Stamm

Security Committee Chair

Responsible for ensuring that our community remains a safe and secure place to live.  Recommends projects to enhance the safety of the community, partners with local law enforcement to maintain awareness, provides safety tips and recommendations to residents and the HOA board. 

David Perry

Landscape Committee Chair

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the community’s landscape.  Proactively communicating with landscape maintenance company and homeowners to ensure expectation are being exceeded.
